True customer loyalty: a tattoo
I get a kick out of the occasional “technology meets tattoo” stories out there — Los Angeles-based mobileStorm has been worth a few stories over the years, Boingo threw out an April Fool’s joke (which we fell for) last year, and Intel reported one a few months back. Today, we covered a tattoo from a customer of IT management software firm SpiceWorks (out on our Texas publication, texastechpulse). You know you have die-hard customers, when they are putting permanent tattoos of your logo on themselves. Are your customers loyal enough to tattoo your logo anywhere?
