The random-mentioned-in-conversation theme of this week, after talking to a (large) number of CEOs of startups (and not-so-startups) across Southern California, is if you’re a good web developer around here, you can write your own ticket. It seems that — despite the unemployment rate and recession — there are a large number of companies seeking good web development talent, here and who haven’t figured out yet where to find those folks efficiently.
